This piece, and the whole New Life series, is one of my own very personal projects. Some artist once said: don't ask me to explain my art, because I can't. That goes for me as well. But if I have to try, I guess my idea with these pieces, was to take objects that had died, faded out, was long gone, or was of no interest to anyone, and breath new life into them, and make them interesting.
The piece is composed of two pictures put on top of each other.
